At Motamad, we take pride in delivering expert, high-quality evaluation services for your contracting quotations. Our team begins working on your request as soon as your order is confirmed, which is why we have a strict but fair refund policy in place.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions only:

1. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.
2. No final evaluation report must have been delivered by the time of the refund request.

If both conditions are met, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is made after 48 hours from the order confirmation.
• Our team has already delivered the final report to your provided email or account.
• You change your mind after the work has begun or completed.
