Motamad was founded by a group of seasoned engineers who spent over a decade working with top-tier contracting firms across the UAE. During these years, they witnessed firsthand how confusing and inconsistent project quotations can be for individuals, businesses, and property owners.

From hidden costs to unclear specifications and wildly different pricing for the same work, one thing became clear: clients needed a trusted ally who could decode quotations, ensure transparency, and advocate for value over inflated promises.

Why We Started

After years on the ground—on sites, in meetings, and around negotiation tables—we realized there was a gap no one was filling. People were accepting the lowest quote or the flashiest proposal without knowing what they were really getting.
